The passenger is hereby requested to read all these conditions as he/she shall be bound by them.

Your contract : HMS Holiday Tours operates the tour in this Itinerary. When a booking is made, which is accepted by us, it constitutes a contract between you and HMS Holiday Tours. All booking are taken on the basic that you accept these conditions. We are travel organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline we neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or services mentioned in this Itinerary. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select & inspect them and have no other control in the running of them, We connot be held responsible for any injury, death,loss or demage which is caused by the act or default of management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

Booking and payment : A non-refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- per person is required by the company at the time of booking/registration which payment should be done atleast 45 days prior to the date of departure. Full payment should be paid 45 days prior to departure. The registration amount is a non-adjustable against any other tour or sevices.

Validity : Itineraries, resorts , hotel and prices published in this brochure are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Prices : Any increase in air/rail/cruise fare prior to the date of departure or change in the exchange rates will have to be borne by the passenger.

Accommodation : All tours, planned itineraries and package plans are based on using twin of double accommodation. In order to keep our price as low as possible, tour holidays are based on efficient use of transport and hotels and these arrangement are planned many months in advance. To maintain this efficiency, it may be necessary on occasions are to make some alternations to your holiday arrangement.

Taxes : In case of group inclusive tours, any taxes are not inclusive unless & until it specified. However, individuals will have to pay taxes and services changes extra. Certain hotels charge a security any expense incurred by the passenger. All passenger are liable to pay this deposit.

Note : The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, with may occur in carrying our the tour arrangement. In the event or indirect result to his/her illness/accident are the responsibility of the passenger. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses must be delay or charges in train, airplane, bus, ship or other services weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause what so ever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by passenger.

Cancellation : In the event that a tour participant cancels his or her booking the following fees become payable. Number of days before tour cancellation charges as commencement (Both days inclusive) percentage of total tour price per person.

Note : The above will hold well only on presentation of the original receipt transfer from one tour to other will be treated as a cancellation. Cancellation must be indicated in writing.

Note : *All cancellations must be received in writing and signed by the tour participant, who made the booking. In case you have to withdraw a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support by the tour participant, who made the booking. In case you have to withdraw from a tour it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We regret that we are not make refunds absences from a tour for any missed meals or sightseeing.

*Costing & airfare for all tours is based on departures from Mumbai, unless specially mentioned. Passengers opting for boarding flights from others place will have to pay the airfare difference, if any. Will have to bear expenses of airport to hotel and vice versa transportation with no reduction in the account. The facility of offering the option of boarding the flights from other places will be solely at our discretion.
*HMS Holiday Tours in no circumstances, will be liable for any loss of baggage, goods, air ticket, passport, cash, traveler, cheques, or any other travel document or item owned by the passenger while on tour, however caused.

*No refund is permissible on partially unutilized air tickets or ground arrangements. Disputes if any will be subject to the jurisdictions of Mumbai courts only.
